Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY        

We ship internationally and to almost all countries. All orders in stock are shipped out within 1 or 3 business days. If the item is made to order the timing is specified in the listing. Our primary carriers are DHL Express www.dhl.com for express shipping and the local Spaniard postal service www.correos.es for standard deliveries. If you chose the standard shipping method, depending on where you live, packages will be delivered within 10-50 days after the order was shipped. If for the contraire, you chose the express option, then please expect your package within 1-7 days after it leaves our warehouse.

RETURNS

We do accept returns in elegible items. If your item is elegible for a return-refund, please contact us ASAP to report it within a maximum of 2 natural days after receiving it. After this time, we would not accept returns or exchanges.

Non-returnable items:

- Items that have been resized or changed its original state by buyer’s request
- Made to order pieces
- Items on sale or with any type of discount

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item is elegible for a refund and once it arrives in perfect condition, we will refund the total cost of the item except the following:

- The cost of shipping 
- Any additional fee as a result of the return (e.g. custom fees)
- Restocking fee of 5€

Bear in mind that unless the piece is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the product. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.
