HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received, and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PIECES?
Yes, we do! And we will be incredibly happy to work with you in your project to make your dream jewelry piece come true!. Reach out to us using the Contact Us option.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally and to almost all countries. All orders in stock, are shipped out within 1 or 3 business days. If the item is made to order the timing is specified in the listing. Our primary carriers are DHL Express www.dhl.com for express shipping and the local Spaniard postal service www.correos.es for standard deliveries. If you chose the standard shipping method, depending on where you live, packages will be delivered within 10-50 days after the order was shipped. If for the contraire, you chose the express option, then please expect your package within 1-7 days after it leaves our warehouse.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you place your order if the item is in stock. For made to order and custom orders, the processing time is usually something around 4-6 weeks, delays may apply depending of the time of the year. Please remember all our pieces are handmade and we take special care on making each, so it takes time. If for any reason you need to place a rush order speak to us about it and we will see what we can do (additional fees may apply in this case).
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed and if the item is currently in stock our warehouse staff can pack and ship out your order within 24-72 hours, so it is not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make the correction(s) before your package departs. There is no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we will do everything we can!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, we will start working on it right away. If the item is currently in stock, we will ship within 1 or 3 business days so you will need to let us know ASAP. If the item was already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. If the item is made to order or custom made, we do accept cancellations if we have not started production. Once production has started, the cancellation cannot be processed.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We do accept changes if production of the item hasn’t started, or the item hasn’t been shipped. Please message us ASAP with your request.
